The Center for Strategy and Policy conducts research, provides policy advisory services, and delivers scientific and professional services in the fields of development strategy, public policy, economics, and governance. The Center undertakes research projects, policy consultation, and scientific cooperation with government agencies, local authorities, organizations, and individuals.

By bridging fundamental research with practical applications, the Center supports government institutions, businesses, and local governments in the formulation, implementation, and evaluation of development policies. It also provides scientific and consulting services, professional training, knowledge transfer, and collaborative research to serve public authorities, enterprises, and domestic as well as international organizations.
