Ho Chi Minh City, July 22, 2026 – The national scientific conference entitled "Solutions to Enhance Economic Resilience for Vietnam’s Development in the New Context" was jointly organized by the Vietnam Institute of Economics and World Economy (IVAWE) and the University of Economics and Law (UEL), Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, on 22 July 2026 in Ho Chi Minh City. The conference was conducted as part of the national research project "Solutions to Enhance Economic Resilience for Vietnam’s Development in the New Context", under the National Key Science and Technology Program KX.01/21–30. It attracted broad participation from scholars, experts, university lecturers, policymakers, and representatives of the business community from across the country.

Ha Long City, December 27, 2024 – A scientific seminar organized by the Vietnam Institutes of Economics, the Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee convened in Ha Long City to discuss strategies for advancing the green economy, digital economy, and heritage economy. The event brought together leading experts, scientists, and policymakers to deliberate on sustainable economic transformation, with a particular focus on Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
